Harrisburg residents accused of abusing 3 children, locking autistic child in closet

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Two Harrisburg residents are being accused of abusing three children, including allegations of sexual abuse, locking an autistic child in a closet, smacking the children with chopsticks, and forcing them kneel on rice.

According to online court records, charges that include counts of kidnapping, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment were filed against Wuilder Ernesto Herrera-Palacios, 30, and Keysha Reyes-Troche, 27. Herrera-Palacios also faces a charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and Reyes-Troche is charged with sexual exploitation of children.

Both Herrera-Palacios and Reyes-Troche were placed in Dauphin County Prison. Herrera-Palacios’ bail was set at $1.5 million, while Reyes-Troche’s bail was set at $50,000, court records say.
