MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Multiple guns and drugs were seized for a second time from a Memphis “trap house” where an overdosing man was found being used as a table last year, according to the West Tennessee Violent Crime and Drug Task Force (DTF).
Agents said they served a second search warrant at a residence in the 1000 block of Talley Place in the Soulsville area, where they previously discovered a 45-year-old “actively overdosing,” and numerous people in the house “using him as a table” on December 17, 2025.
DTF confirmed that two people, Barry Andre Oliver, 26, and Michael Ford, 43, were arrested in connection with the December incident.
On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, with assistance from the Germantown Police Department’s SWAT team, task force members stated that they seized four weapons from the same Soulsville residence, with one of the firearms reportedly being stolen out of Memphis.
