MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Chaos erupted after two masked suspects threw out two children from their SUV, leading them to steal it from their mother outside a Burger King in Memphis on Monday night, police said.
The Memphis Police Department (MPD) said it all happened around 7:30 p.m. at the fast food restaurant on Winchester Road off Ross Road.
