TENNESSEE — One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning on Highway 421 in Sullivan County, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 3 a.m. on U.S. Highway 421 near Pyle Road. A Subaru Impreza traveling north ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a fallen tree. The vehicle came to rest on a wooded embankment.
Authorities identified the passenger as Justin Hall, 18, who was killed in the crash. The driver was injured…
