Man badly injured in stabbing on Syracuse’s South Side

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was stabbed in the abdomen and chest on the South Side of Syracuse on Tuesday morning.

Around 7:40 a.m., officers were dispatched to 411 W. Colvin St. where they found a 49-year-old man stabbed, according to Sgt. Thomas Blake, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department.
