MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – According to the Centers of Disease Control, about 30 million American working adults experienced some kind of substance abuse disorder in 2022.
In Montgomery, the Council on Substance Abuse (COSA) says the same problem is apparent in local businesses.
