Police are looking for a man who allegedly forcibly raped a woman living in a group home for people with mental disabilities, according to an arrest warrant from the Baton Rouge Police Department.
Kelvin Dwaine Spears, 47, of Baton Rouge, is wanted for second-degree rape.
