LPD: Lincoln teen arrested after fleeing from officers, flashing red and blue lights

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln teen is in jail on multiple charges after police say he fled from officers and flashed red and blue lights at police cruisers.

Just after 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, an officer with the Lincoln Police Department pulled over a 2017 black Volkswagen Passat with no lights or plates on South Ninth Street.
