MAUMELLE, Ark. — Arkansas State Police are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered Pulaski County man who was last seen out of state.
According to reports, 63-year-old Robert Isbell was last seen at 11:00 a.m. on February 20 while in Tunica, Mississippi.
