SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A student was arrested and faces a menacing charge for making a threat to a local school.

Shreveport police said a School Resource Officer (SRO) was contacted by school officials after receiving “alarming messages” from a student who had been recently suspended. SPD detectives arrested the student without incident, and they now face a single count of menacing.
