Absolutely not! The Toasted Yolk is one of the latest places getting ready to open in Amarillo. They will be located at 5681 S Soncy Rd.

The Toasted Yolk will be the answer to Eggs Benedict lovers (by Eggs Benedict lovers, I include myself in that, because that’s the best way to eat eggs). They offer a full menu of “Arnolds,” their unique take on Eggs Benedict. They have a whole menu of different variations of this delicious breakfast. Plus, their full breakfast menu would leave any brunch enthusiast eagerly anticipating the grand opening.

When Will The Toasted Yolk in Amarillo Open?
According to The Toasted Yolk Amarillo Facebook page, The Toasted Yolk will officially be open on Monday, March 9. Their website says the soft opening will be on March 6 and 7. This new breakfast nook in the new Patriot Park will be open for business, bringing breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 7 am to 3 pm.
