WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — A Dallas man was arrested and jailed in Wichita County on several charges after police confirmed he was driving a stolen car.
Ricardo Velazquez Esterez is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, two counts of possession of a dangerous drug, and possession of a controlled substance.
Just after 10:30 p.m. on Monday, February 23, Wichita Falls police learned that a white Toyota Camry with an Arizona license plate, traveling east on U.S. 287, had been reported stolen.
