Sundance Film Festival announces venues for Boulder debut

DENVER (KDVR) — The Sundance Film Festival is moving away from its home in Park City, Utah for the first time since the town started hosting it in 1981. Colorado officials fought hard to attract the eye of the festival organizers and were successful in their endeavor, with the massive festival heading to Boulder for its Colorado debut in 2027.

On Tuesday, the Sundance Film Festival announced the dates for 2027 and the venues that will host film screenings, as well as talks, speeches and other programming.
