LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County District Court judge denied an attempt by a Henderson councilwoman to avoid felony prosecution after a grand jury indictment.
Henderson Councilwoman Carrie Cox appeared before Clark County District Court Judge Nadia Krall on Tuesday following an indictment by a Clark County grand jury on one charge of monitoring or attempting to monitor a private conversation. Cox has pleaded not guilty.
