PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities have identified the woman who died in Clackamas County’s custody earlier this month.
Gerlinde Spring Lynch is the individual who was pronounced dead after being transported to the local jail last week, the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office revealed on Tuesday. Officials said the 46-year-old white woman’s last known residence was recorded in Albany.
