YAMHILL COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A driver was arrested following a two-part chase in Yamhill County on Saturday, according to the McMinnville Police Department.
The incident started around 8:44 a.m. on Feb. 21. Officers were investigating a hit-and-run in the 1800 block of Southwest Old Sheridan Road when someone reported a man slumped over in a nearby car.
Officers contacted the driver, identified as 32-year-old Ian Roland Cavota, who was passed out behind the wheel. Police said officers could see drug paraphernalia in the car…
