KOLO Cooks: Chef Mark Estee makes The Dublin Burger in honor of St. Patrick’s Day

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – This Tuesday, guest chef, Mark Estee, owner of Local Food Group, stopped by the KOLO Cooks kitchen to show viewers how to make The Dublin Burger, which will be a special St. Patrick’s Day menu item at all Great Basin Brewing Company locations March 15-20, along with several other Irish-inspired dishes. Mason Watkins, director of marketing for Zline Kitchen, also stopped by the show to help in the KOLO Cooks kitchen.

  • 12oz GBBC Beer
  • 12oz Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 2T cornstarch
  • 1T favorite mustard
  • 1T soy lecithin
  • Dash Tabasco
  • Dash Worcestershire
  • Salt
  • Pepper
