TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A serious two-vehicle crash closed Interstate 10 westbound near Congress in Tucson late Tuesday, Feb. 23.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m., the roadway was still closed three hours later, and ADOT said there was no estimated time for it to reopen.
