The Asheville Police Department has charged Jennifer Louise Saylor following a fatal collision with a motorcyclist at the intersection of New Leicester Highway and Eliada Home Road.
Tylor Russell Holzhauser, 27, succumbed to his injuries on the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
