BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A new tasty concept is welcoming guests at a former fast-food spot in the Lehigh Valley.
El Carbonaso Peruvian Restaurant, a full-service eatery serving lomo saltado, rotisserie chicken and other Peruvian specialties, held a grand opening last week at 2185 W. Union Blvd. in Bethlehem, co-owner and chef Edgar Gutierrez said.
The restaurant occupies a renovated building that previously housed a Long John Silver’s eatery, which closed in 2019.
