VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A 27-year-old woman was arrested on accusations of making a false report and neglect of a dependent after authorities initially responded to a crash on Sunday.
According to a Case Supplemental Report Probable Cause statement with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, on the night of February 22, a deputy responded to a crash with injuries to the area of Bergdolt and Arrowood Drive.
Authorities said a blue truck crashed into an SUV head on. After the crash, the report states Christina Miller was called to the scene by her brother who was in the crash.
