CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — The Dauphin County Coroner’s Office has identified the bicyclist who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Cumberland County earlier this month.
State Police said the incident occurred at the intersection of Baltimore Road and Cleversburg Road in Southampton Township on the afternoon of Feb. 15. The victim reportedly didn’t stop at the stop sign at the intersection, and the driver didn’t have time to slow down.
