Knoxville’s caffeine scene just leveled up. The Rush Coffee, a mobile coffee truck run by husband-and-wife team Claire and Parsegh Oksayan, has rolled into town this week, pouring espresso blends, specialty drinks and pastries at local events and private gigs across the city.
The Rush’s Knoxville Debut
According to WATE, reporter Noemy Sanchez caught up with the Oksayans on their visit to Knoxville and sampled one of their drinks. The couple told the station they like to call what they serve “happiness in a cup.” The segment notes that the truck features espresso blends and specialty creations and that the business is available for bookings at community events.
