Myrtle Beach housing market shows signs of becoming more affordable

As inventory builds and prices decline, the Myrtle Beach housing market is becoming more attractive for buyers.

New home listings in Myrtle Beach were higher in January compared to January 2025. There were 89 new listings last month compared to 80 in January of 2025 for ZIP codes 29572 and 29577. That’s an increase of 11.3%, according to the SC Association of Realtors.
