SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Three people were displaced after a kitchen fire Monday evening on Bradford Drive, according to Suffolk Fire and Rescue.
Crews responded to the 6000 block of Bradford Drive for a reported building fire at approximately 5:50 p.m. Upon arrival, they found smoke coming from the front door of a single-story duplex.
Firefighters entered and located a fire on the stove that had extended into nearby cabinets and the exhaust vent system. The fire was brought under control and extinguished…
