An elderly man is being held without bond pending a pretrial detention hearing after he was accused of shooting and killing his drinking buddy in summer 2025.
Assistant State Attorney Lillian Rozsa asked County Judge Robert Landt for the special hearing during the man’s first appearance on Feb. 24. The judge granted the request.
