Toledo shooting: Over 50 rounds fired at Escott Avenue home, police link to second shooting

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Police confirmed a shooting early Tuesday in which more than 50 rounds were fired at a home on Escott Avenue, striking windows, shattering glass near the front door, hitting the roof and piercing a gas line.

The shooting occurred around 12:15 a.m. A resident on the street, who declined to go on camera, said she heard the gunfire from inside her home.

“I just heard buh buh buh buh… I jumped up and I looked out the curtain, and a car was speeding away,” she said…
