Unwind Massage & Stretch celebrated its official ribbon cutting in downtown Kalamazoo on Thursday, February 20, 2026, welcoming community members to explore a new space dedicated to healing, mobility and overall wellness.
Unwind Massage & Stretch specializes in assisted stretch and therapeutic massage, offering hands-on services designed to improve flexibility and ease tension. “I specialize in assisted stretch and therapeutic massage. So with assisted stretch I take you through a series of movements, a series of stretches that helps you become more flexible, more mobile, have more agility, and then the therapeutic massage helps to relieve muscle tension…anxiety.”
The studio features a dedicated assisted stretch area as well as a private massage room. In addition to traditional therapeutic massage, services include cupping and manual lymphatic facilitation.
