Madison, Wis. – A colder-than-normal start to March is lining up for northern Wisconsin, with several rounds of rain and snow possible statewide from Sunday, March 1, through Thursday, March 5, creating periods of slick travel.
According to NOAA’s 6-10 day outlook issued Monday, northern and central Wisconsin are favored to see below-average temperatures during the March 1-5 stretch, while southern parts of the state trend closer to near-normal.
