St. Paul, Minn. – A colder-than-normal start to March is lining up for northern Minnesota, with multiple rounds of rain and snow possible statewide from Sunday, March 1, through Thursday, March 5, leading to periods of slick travel.
According to NOAA’s 6-10 day outlook issued Monday, northern and central Minnesota are favored to see below-average temperatures during the March 1-5 stretch, while southern portions of the state trend closer to near-normal.
