EDWARDSVILLE — A former licensed mental health counselor was sentenced to 30 months of probation after pleading guilty to grooming and sexual exploitation of a child.
Matthew S. Cuppett, 35, of Collinsville, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to grooming and sexual exploitation of a child, both Class 4 felonies.
