FORT COLLINS, Colo. — The Poudre School District said layoffs are likely needed to address budget shortfalls.
At a school board meeting Tuesday night, the board unanimously approved the district’s request for an option to reduce staffing through layoffs and cuts, if they’re deemed necessary. Many board members during the meeting stressed this was a tough but needed decision.
