Saratoga County, NY (WRGB) — Three people have been charged following a lengthy narcotics investigation in Saratoga County, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
37-year-old Nicholas Moffit of Moreau, is charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all Class B felonies.
Authorities say Moffit knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug with an aggregate weight of one-half ounce or more and knowingly and unlawfully sold a narcotic drug.
34-year-old Tyanne Carpenter of Hudson Falls, and 43-year-old Crystal Smith also of Hudson Falls, were each charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B felonies.
