Two Temple Hills residents are facing felony theft charges after being accused of stealing over $1,500 in merchandise from a Waldorf department store, according to court documents.
Melissa Nazareth Lozano-Rodriguez, 21, of Temple Hills, and Carlos Alberto Mondragon-Guevara, 48, of Temple Hills, were both charged with stealing between $1,500 and $25,000 for an incident reported on February 14, 2026, at Macy’s, 11100 Mall Circle in Waldorf.
According to charge documents, officers arrived at the store around 8:03 p.m. to investigate an alleged theft in progress. Loss prevention personnel stated that both offenders were captured on live security cameras selecting clothing items, removing price tags, and concealing the stuff inside bags…
