BLYTHE, Ga. (WJBF) – The owner of a personal care home in Blythe is facing charges related to the exploitation of vulnerable adults.
On Wednesday, multiple agencies executed a search warrant at Savannah Square Personal Care Home on Murrow Road in Blythe. This search included the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office and the Blythe City Police Department, as well as the VA and investigators from the Georgia Department of Human Services Adult Protective Services (APS), and officials from the Georgia Department of Community Health Personal Care Home Program.
