State Sen. Shannon Grove on Tuesday announced she is authoring legislation to limit certain “egregious and violent crimes” from being eligible for mental health diversion.
Grove called a press conference in Sacramento to discuss SB 1373, and she had the estranged wife and one of the sons of disgraced former Kern County Supervisor Zack Scrivner at her side.
