Shuttered hotel off Route 22 near Bethlehem could be torn down, replaced with industrial building

A shuttered hotel and conference center in Northampton County could be torn down and replaced with an industrial building, according to a news release from the Pennsylvania governor.

The news release says an $875,000 grant awarded to Eastupland Associates will fund the demolition of the SureStay Hotel at 300 Gateway Drive in Hanover Township, Northampton County.
