ORANGE VILLAGE, Ohio – Red the Steakhouse closes at Pinecrest shopping center on Saturday, Feb. 28. It’s not the first restaurant to close in the development and rumors are flying about other closures.
Those rumors are untrue and, in fact, the retail center has four new tenants coming in 2026, according to Justin Stein, executive vice president and chief revenue officer for Tanger Inc.
