CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — A 61-year-old man from Columbia died while in custody at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center, the Charleston County Coroner’s Office announced.
The cause and manner of death for Kenneth Samuel weren’t immediately made public by the coroner’s office, with the results pending a further investigation.
