Pennsylvania State Police were asking the public to avoid the area near Station and Cooper Roads in Harborcreek Township due to a barricaded person.
Troopers from PSP Erie said they were on the scene of Blueberry Drive and requested anyone living in the area to stay inside until the situation was resolved, adding they did not believe there is a threat to the general community…
