KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A viral video recorded by a Knoxville woman at Ijams Nature Center. led to the arrest of a Knox County man on multiple charges including public indecency and stalking.
Now Jill, who asked 6 News not to include her last name in this story, is speaking out. She was having a bad day, so she took a friend’s advice and went for a walk to clear her head, then her day went from bad to worse.
