A power line insulation technology manufacturer has announced an expansion at its West Memphis manufacturing plant, with plans to create 40 new jobs.
The Arkansas Economic Development Commission announced Sediver USA’s expansion on Wednesday morning as the West Memphis facility surpassed 5 million insulation units produced since its opening in 2017, having reached the milestone on Dec. 16, 2025.
“Having been part of Sediver USA for the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of watching this plant grow from its earliest days into the high‑performance operation it is today,” Richard Jayroe, Sediver’s operations director, said. “Reaching the 5‑million‑unit milestone is more than a production achievement — it’s a testament to the dedication of our team, the strength of our processes, and the pride we take in serving utilities across the country.
