NICHOLASVILLE — One month after a soft launch, Taste of Ukraine is officially open and bringing traditional Ukrainian cuisine to central Kentucky.
The restaurant, located at 106 E. Maple St., began a soft opening Jan. 15 to refine operations and gather feedback from customers. Owners Taras Soloshchuk and his wife, Tetiana Soloshchuk, celebrated the restaurant’s grand opening Feb. 14.
