(WHTM)– Two winning lottery scratch-off tickets worth a total of $4 million were sold in Pennsylvania.
According to the PA Lottery, a winning Millionaire Loading Scratch-Off ticket worth $1 million was sold at an M&M Express in Philadelphia. They will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
