TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A warrant has been issued for a Toledo man accused of lighting a victim’s car on fire Tuesday evening, according to court records.
Police arrived at the 3000 block of Concord St. on reports of a car fire around 6:05 p.m. Tuesday. The victim told officers that 38-year-old John Blue, Jr., of Toledo, poured an unknown liquid into the trunk of his car and lit it on fire.
The flames were extinguished by the time officers arrived, and Blue was not at the scene of the crime…
