It was smooth sailing for two of Huntsville’s most high-profile developments before the Planning Commission on Tuesday night.
The Village of Providence type-Westmoore Landing and the $240 million North Village Town Center made their first appearances before the Commission. Both received initial lot approval allowing construction to begin.
