Antioch’s Bell Road is about to pick up a serious steak aroma. Fuego Noble Steakhouse is aiming to open this spring at 1141 Bell Road, owner Alma Vides said, bringing classic steaks, seafood, and a focus on big gatherings to the neighborhood. The space is set to include room for live music and private events, and the team has already started hiring with an eye on opening in the coming weeks.
A recent permit filing reported by What Now Nashville confirms the restaurant is headed for the 1141 Bell Road address in Antioch. Vides told the outlet the team is still “several weeks” from opening and hopes the spot will quickly turn into a neighborhood hangout along the increasingly busy Bell Road corridor.
County business-license listings back that up, showing an entry for “Fuego Noble Preme Steakhouse” at a Bell Road address filed in August 2025, according to Davidson County Source. That record suggests the owners have been grinding through paperwork for months while finishing out the space.
Menu, music and private events
Vides told What Now Nashville that Fuego Noble will lean into traditional steakhouse territory, with cuts of meat, seafood, and classic sides, plus a plan to regularly host live music. A private room is also in the works for events, which Vides envisions as a go-to spot for family celebrations and community nights.
