County Supervisor Jim Desmond weighs in on proposed vacancy tax

If you own a second home in the city of San Diego, the city may soon tax you about to $15,000 a year if you’re “not using it correctly.” County Supervisor Jim Desmond joined “Good Morning San Diego” Wednesday to push back on the proposed annual tax if these second homes sit vacant for more than 183 days per year.
