LINN COUNTY, Iowa — The Cedar Rapids/Linn County landfill would be run by a 14-member board under a new proposal to expand the facility.
The landfill on County Home Road is expected to reach capacity in 2036. A plan to expand the site would keep it in operation until 2044.
