Family seeks donations for Tiger Girl hurt in car crash

An LSU Tiger Girl is recovering from major surgery after a serious car accident in north Louisiana.

Sianna Armstrong, also known as Sisi, was driving back to LSU’s campus on Feb.17, when she was injured in a car crash. While she was wearing her seatbelt, her family states that her airbag did not depoly, resulting in multiple severe facial fractures.

Armstrong underwent a 15-hour surgery on Friday and will need additional surgeries throughout her recovery process. As she recovers, her jaw is wired shut and a tracheostomy tube is helping with breathing…
